Responsibilities The Assistant Mortgage Loan Consultant (AMLC) assists the Mortgage Loan Consultant(s) (MLC) to produce mortgage loans efficiently and timely, with minimal errors, all while maintaining exceptional customer service. The AMLC performs a variety of administrative duties in support of, and in concert with the individual MLC quest in establishing and maintaining strong professional ties to area business generators, builders, centers of influence, as well as individual residential real estate customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Supports the Mortgage Loan Consultant in soliciting quality loan applicants through various methods and media. 14. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion Qualifications Education/Training: Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; comfortability with various software programs and overall PC functions, proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple duties effectively; and, the ability to learn and maintain a working knowledge of Bank operating policies and products. Other Job Information Hours: 40 hours/week Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
