Widener University is currently seeking a 12-month non-tenure/clinical track faculty member in the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. This role reports to the Director of the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. The person filling this role will be a doctoral level psychologist who is or plans to become licensed. As a clinical faculty member in our Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program, the person filling this role will coordinate our practicum placement process as well as teach, advise, and participate in department/program service. The Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology is a generalist clinical program and our faculty represents a diverse array of theoretical orientations. We will consider applications from candidates representing any theoretical orientations, but strongly encourage applicants with expertise in cognitive behavioral and associated third wave modalities to apply. We welcome applications from candidates who would also bring specific expertise in the broad array of areas typical to clinical programs, including psychological assessment and intervention. All candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as how this understanding is woven into their work.
