TLC is the cosmetic practice of Aran Eye Associates that specializes in refractive services. Aran Eye Associates is South Florida's premier eye care destination and one of the largest vision care groups in the region, we work together as one team across our practices to deliver superior optometry and ophthalmology services. Featuring state-of-the-art vision clinics and surgical centers, using the most advanced LASIK technology, patients can expect to receive the gold standard in eye care. Through advanced technology and support from a team of experts, we empower our doctors to provide a spectrum of effective diagnostics and surgical services to improve our patient's quality of life. Our eye care family is even larger as we are a franchised center of the national LASIK company known as TLC Laser Eye Centers. As a franchised center we are able to collaborate when needed with TLC corporate and share ideas of the future of refractive surgery.

Who We're Looking For

The Laser Center of Corals Gables surgeons are highly skilled, sought-out experts with more than 30 years of LASIK experience who are committed to delivering a superior eye care experience. We offer more services to patients than just LASIK-we also perform corneal collagen cross-linking and refractive lens surgery with a variety of premium IOLs to meet patient needs and desires. We're looking for an LASIK Clinical Director excited to join forces with our highly regarded practice group. In this role, you'll perform consults, pre- and post-op care, help plan surgical treatments, and promote TLC to referring doctors. You'll have access to our sister ophthalmology practice for any LASIK candidates that need testing or a referral to one of our cornea, glaucoma, retina, refractive, or oculoplastic specialists.

What You'll Need to Succeed
You must have a Doctorate in Optometry, a current license to practice in the state of Florida. You must demonstrate superior patient care, clinical expertise, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a team-player mentality. You must have refractive knowledge and an understanding of basic marketing principles. With your keen ability to identify the most important clinical needs of the center, you'll look for ways to integrate new techniques and innovations that ensure we're continuing to deliver superior patient care and services. You'll work from our Coral Gables office Monday through Friday.
