The Caseworker Assistant Intern will assist the Anti-Trafficking Program Supervisor/Anti-Trafficking Caseworker/Housing Specialist in providing services to survivors of all forms of human trafficking. The Caseworker Assistant Intern will identify and provide community resources to clients that improve self-sufficiency. The Caseworker Assistant Intern will also assist with community awareness and outreach efforts. Travel within the South Florida region may be required. Please note that this is an unpaid internship. The intern will gain knowledge of solution-oriented, strengths-based care coordination for survivors of human trafficking. Position Reports to: Anti-Trafficking Program Supervisor/Anti-Trafficking Caseworker/Housing Specialist Minimum Qualifications: Internship Requirements: 12 hours per week Standard of Professional Conduct:The IRC and the IRC workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in the IRC Way - our Code of Conduct.
