Job Description SummarySupports the research and teaching duties of the chair of chemistry. Assists in the management of the chair's research lab in terms of organization, management and implementation of good safety practices. Performs experiments in the areas of synthetic organic or biochemistry for the preparation of new biologically active molecules or the determination of their redox effects in bacteria and mentors undergraduate research students on similar projects. Teaches one course per semester to support the chair's teaching reduction. This is a fixed-term position with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2025.
