Position Overview This is a Key Personnel position and will be responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and performance health of all programmed activities in support of the Education, Doctrine, and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This position will be required to develop, implement, oversee, and improve as necessary those processes and procedures required to address and satisfy the Government's contractually defined objectives while minimizing the cost, schedule, and performance risk of contract performance. This position will serve as the primary POC for the Government COR in the resolution of all contract issues.
