The goal of the MJHS Institute for Innovation in Palliative Care is to promote access to evidence-based, specialist-level palliative care for patients and families coping with serious or advanced illness, whenever and wherever palliative care is needed across the continuum of health care.

In this position, you will perform tasks related to research: conducts in-person and remote study visits, in-person and remote training of study participants in study-related procedures, conducts data collection and data entry, assists with other research-related tasks as needed.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, approximately 3 hours per day between 12pm - 8pm.

*This position is tied to an externally funded grant.

  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in customer service, preferred
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Must complete CITI training/ CITI certificate prior assuming job activities
  • Must be able to work with technological equipment after training (iPads, tablets, study devices)
