Contract Administrator - Legal
Responsibilities

  • Reviewing agreements, including NDAs and statements of work
  • Ability to deploy and gain acceptance of new approaches and objectives
  • Advise and assist management team in opportunity/risk assessment including identify and propose areas of improvement and work with the others to develop or improve contracting standards or processes
  • Work with various team members to ensure adherence to corporate governance & compliance across various functional areas and projects
  • Respond to inquiries, provide reports, and resolves problems related to day-to-day contract administration
  • Maintain internal contract management system, including, organizing and tracking contracts
  • Perform special projects and respond to ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-3 years of contract management experience; will substitute, in part, other legal experience
  • Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Able to take initiative and provide appropriate follow up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to assist and support others
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to travel as required
