The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Collection Specialist. After onsite training/orientation in Richmond, VA, a remote/work from home option is possible for this position. The Collection Specialist is responsible for the follow up and resolution of patient and third party accounts receivable balances. Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years collections experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Familiarity insurance collections and 1-3 years healthcare business office experience preferred.
