KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Director, Data Strategy Leader to join our Audit Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize, influence, and measure the implementation of Audit's Data & Analytics Strategy across key stakeholder groups and define and develop the Audit Enterprise Data Architecture capability and team
• Lead the development and implementation of Audit-wide data standards while collaborating with Audit Enterprise Architecture and Audit Product Portfolio Leaders to create an Audit-wide data integration strategy
• Organize the Audit D&A asset landscape, inventory, document data flows, lineage and increase asset utilization
• Define and operationalize a business value framework to measure D&A impact
• Build, lead and develop a high performing team
• Stay current on data management best practices, analytics, and modern data platforms

Qualifications:

• Minimum ten years of recent experience leading Data and Analytics initiatives and team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience leading enterprise-wide data & technology transformation programs and syndicating change with practitioners
• Proficient in defining and establishing Enterprise Architecture practices, including Business, Information, Data, and Data Integration
• Experience creating modern data management & analytics capabilities including methodologies, technologies, and skilled practitioners
• Prior experience with project delivery methodologies including Agile frameworks
• Understanding of the Audit function and/or direct Audit experience

Los Angeles Salary Range: Low: $182100 - High: $363900

San Diego Salary Range: Low: $173800 - High: $347300
