Sr SAP Solutions Architect

Responsibilities :

This job opening is for a Senior Solution Architect - SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling with SAP-Revenue Accounting expertise within theLexmarkITC Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) organization. This position will report to andwork closely with the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) Manager for decisions,and with the EBA cross functional and technical teams to manage deployment and delivery of such solutions. The role will be closely aligned with the supply chain, other cross functional processes, and systems in Lexmark's enterprise solutions landscape.

The role requires expertise in SAP - Financial Accounting & Controlling, especially with experience in SAP Revenue Accounting solution implementation and support.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead and support the implementation and enhancements for the Finance & Accounting processes and solutions under Lexmark's IT investment project for back-office transformation with SAP S/4HANA conversion.
• Define systems requirements and key design decisions, driving the solution design
• Manage solution deployment specific risks, actions, issues, decisions including risk mitigation approaches closely working with IT/project leadership for resolutions
• Plan, drive/attend, and assist in facilitating solution design workshops with key business and IT representatives
• Collaborate between internal Finance & Accounting, Technology and any third-party systems integrators working on the project delivery or Applications Management Support

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in SAP-Financial Accounting & Controlling and Revenue Accounting with strong integration knowledge with Sales & Distribution, Materials Management.
• Expertise inSAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting & Controlling with SAP Revenue Accounting
• Experience in General Accounting / Record to Report, Financial Reporting
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Project or Program implementations
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or related specialization

Must have skills:

• Systems implementation skills: Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support
• Broad and hands on experience in building and maintaining SAP solutions for end-to-end financial processes under cross functional scenarios such as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Accounting etc.
• Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA solution deployment with focus on Finance & Accounting and related solutions including SAP-Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
• Expertise in SAP SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing)
• Experience in transaction tax accounting (Sales & Use or VAT) -Indirect Tax configuration experience in SAP, preferably with external tax engine as the integrated tax determination and reporting solution.
• Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing)
• Experience in configuring Tax procedures and related integration points in SAP S/4HANA for sales orders, purchase orders, Invoices
• Ability to navigate across finance, business, and technical organizations
• Strategic Thinker
• Capable of driving work, outcomes, and decisions for a solution design requirement
• Ability to motivate and mentor business and functional team members to help them develop their skills and competency
• Detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills
• Good team player
• Should have work experience in onsite-offshore model in terms of projects delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have Skills:

• Knowledge of statutory ledger requirements in one or more of the following countries Brazil, Turkey, Russia, France, and Argentina.
• Previous supervisor and/or leadership experience
• Good academic record
• Previous project implementation / management experience
