Under the direction of a postdoctoral fellow in the lab, the junior specialist will contribute to multiple exciting ongoing drug discovery projects. The selected candidate will be trained in a variety of assays including basic biochemistry, mammalian tissue culture, novel immunology approaches and CRISPR editing. This individual will also have the opportunity to learn about drug discovery, chemistry and pharmacology through our joint efforts with academic and industry partners. Data will need to be collected, verified, recorded and compiled in support research and the incumbent candidate will have the opportunity to co-author publications. Our lab is well funded and incredibly collaborative, and this is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining additional research experience prior to pursuing a biomedical sciences PhD.
