Job Description:


  • Assist in the development & implementation of comprehensive marketing & promotional campaigns designed to maximize attendance, student engagement and revenue
  • Manage all in-game promotional activities for select sports including scripting, music, in-game entertainment, scheduling PA announcers and more.
  • Work directly with assigned sports and media relations contacts to consistently enhance the programs digital presence and media involvement
  • Consistently work to create memorable fan experiences for patrons of Holy Cross Athletics events
  • Work closely with Crusader Sports Properties to ensure fulfillment of all sponsorship contracts
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives aimed at growing the Holy Cross brand in the Worcester community
  • Assist the Assistant Director of Marketing in the management of studenting internship program, including scheduling, hiring and training
  • Work in conjunction with media relations department to maximize social media engagement
  • Work collaboratively with key college partners
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sport management or other related fields
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, including both verbal and written
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
