Portfolio and Budget Management Task Lead, Senior

Key Role:

Support the business through analysis, reporting, segmentation, and general analyst duties related to the digital marketing efforts. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with leading portfolio management and budget management teams in the DoD
• 5+ years of experience with financial management tools, including Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process in the DoD
• 5+ years of experience as a workstream lead, tracking tasks and leading a team
• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the Navy or Marine Corps preferred
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
