MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Eight (8) years' Operational Experience with Navy Cryptologic Systems
  • Extensive Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) experience
  • Previous experience as an instructor in a formal Navy training environment or Navy Instructor NEC 805A (legacy 9502) or equivalent
  • Previous experience performing curriculum maintenance tasks


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • 10 years Operational Experience with Navy Cryptologic Systems
  • Security+ Certification
  • Proficient with Content Planning Module (CPM) / Learning Objective Module (LOM) and Authoring Instructional Material (AIM)
  • Experience with Navy National Support Missions
  • Graduate of formal SSEE family of system course(s)
  • Completion/Graduate of cryptologic signal analysis courses
  • Experience with Cyber Operations
  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education
  • Experience with interactive training development tools (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)

SRC is looking for an individual that will be part of a team tasked with Navy formal and informal cryptologic training. Job responsibilities include providing shipboard and classroom instruction as well as curriculum design and development. This specific position will be directly supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center in developing, testing, maintaining and delivering cryptologic training products and providing instruction on the related materials as a Subject Matter Expert.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Tests hardware and software releases for quality assurance
  • Performs training of complex technical skills in accordance with Navy standards in both formal and informal environments
  • Designs and develops curriculum in accordance with NAVEDTRA standards
  • Develops training materials to include: Lesson Plans, Instructor, Student, and Trainee guides
  • Performs curriculum design, audits, and revisions
  • Evaluates and assesses Learning Objectives (LO), Terminal Objectives (TO), and Enabling Objectives (EO)
  • Develops and maintains Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) & Course Master Schedule (CMS)
