The Enterprise Command Center (ECC) monitors all critical applications and infrastructure for the Enterprise and facilitates Major Incident Response to prevent or minimize business disruption. A critical objective of the ECC providing this service is to help safeguard Availability of systems across Allstate. The ECC plays a significant role in contributing to an 'Available' Customer, Agent and Employee experience. The ECC Shift Manager will; lead a team of ECC analysts who will execute against Major Incident Management best practices and standards, provide oversight and support for Major Incident activity during shift hours, ensure consistent quality of overall shift delivery, lead projects and shift initiatives to identify opportunities and improve processes in support of Availability. With the opportunity to lead a team of analysts, comes the need to inspire, develop and coach the team towards their individual and our overall team goals, as well as manage time and cost estimates, review and evaluate the ECC analysts work, and prepare performance evaluations. This role plays a key part in ensuring Availability of critical systems by leading Major Incident activity and critical monitoring activities, leveraging best practice in the Incident recovery processes. Days/Hours of Work - Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm - 12:30 am CT - set times - no flexibility. Key Responsibilities:

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. Compensation offered for this role is$82,000.00-$146,125.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
