Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, Senior

The Challenge:

It's why we're looking for a consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency for U.S. Space Force clients. As an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, you'll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. This may include development of a roadmap that will enable a client to build Mission Resiliency capabilities to support assured accesstoSpace operationsin any operational environment.This position will require travel of up to 25% of the time.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with conducting organizational change management, organizational design, or process improvement for State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies with 1,000+ employees

  • 5+ years of experience with the facilitation of organizational change management, organizational design, or process improvement sessions or off-sites, including facilitation with senior and executive leaders

  • 2+ years of experience with business development, whitepaper development, and new intellectual capital development for moderately large or complex projects

  • Experience with advising a team using Prosci, LaMarsh, Kotter, change management methodologies, Star model, organizational design methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies

  • Experience with leading projects and managing team members

  • Experience with proactive risk management, automated risk detection, and optimized risk mitigation planning

  • Knowledge of military organizations, including U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, or DoD organizations and organizational assessment techniques and methodologies

  • Ability to work up to 100% of the time alongside clients in a virtual or in-person environment based on project needs at CONUS locations

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of Mission Assurance protocols, processes, and procedures in U.S. military context

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change, Human Resources, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field a plus

  • Prosci or LaMarsh, Organizational Design, and ASQ or IASCC Green and Black Belt Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
