Naval Combat Systems Analyst

As a Navy Combat Systems Analyst, you'll use your combat systems experience to support the development, testing, acquisition, and integration of ship combat systems. Provide inputs and technical support on behalf of the Navy program office throughout all phases of the combat systems development lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, performance analysis, testing, systems of systems integration, sustainment, and logistics.Work in a team environment with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and readiness assessments.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in working with combat systems for DoD or US Navy as military, civilian, or contractor
  • Experience with operations, sensors, and weapons system integration onboard US Naval ships
  • Knowledge of the combat system software development life cycle
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with US Navy Surface Warfare Officer
  • Experience with US Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapons, C4I, Sensor, and Electronic Warfare systems
  • Experience with NAVSEA and Naval Surface Warfare Center programs
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and procedures
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred; Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field a plus
