Exercise Planner and Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As an exercise planner, you use your specialized functional skills and military expertise to provide the client with the training and evaluation support they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an exercise planner, you'll help our client manage and support Field Support Team mission readiness exercises. Using your comprehensive understanding of military exercise planning and training doctrine, you'll provide support throughout all phases of each collective training event. You'll plan, prepare, and perform exercise training and certification functions. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like training development, military planning, and Information Operations (IO). We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst or with a Military Intelligence discipline

  • Knowledge of Army collective training doctrine, methods, and regulations

  • Ability to conduct planning, coordination, research, analysis, and requirements development in support of information operations and exercises

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience directly supporting IO missions

  • Experience supporting 1st IO CMD operations or training

  • Experience as an Army collective training instructor, evaluator, observer and controller, scripter, or role player

  • Experience developing and implementing long-range, mid-range, and short-range planning, mission analysis, and execution of the military decision-making process

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
