You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, agile methodologies, change management, and facilitation

• Experience with planning and executing large projects, including the management of events or workshops

• Knowledge of frameworks aligned to strategy

• Ability to apply them to transformation efforts in the public sector

• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working in highly collaborative and team-oriented environment

• Experience with using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI

• Ability to develop presentations and work products using advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Possession of excellent data analytical and visualization skills

• Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
