Configuration Management Analyst

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • Eight (8+) plus years' experience in CMPro and SAILOR
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite tools, especially Excel Experience with data sheets and other analytical tools
  • Extremely organized and data driven
  • Ability to manage data and provide consistent reports to stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to communicate with customers regarding configuration management recommendations Self-starter
  • Self-motivator


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Prior military experience (4-8yrs)
  • US Navy logistical or analytical experience
  • Familiar with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Familiar with REMEDY
  • Past and present US NAVY Configuration Management experience

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focused SLA (service level agreement)-driven outcomes in configuration management. Our ideal candidate will be team focused and service-oriented.



  • Provides support to the NIWC Atlantic Afloat Submarine Command Control Communications Computers and Information (C4I) IPT CSRR In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).
  • Works closely with the CSRR ISEA, PMW customers, fleet and other stakeholders to collect, enter, manage data, and track submarine configuration matrices as well as update platform configurations for communications
  • Proactively generates and tracks deliverables to
  • Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to the ISEA, as required
  • Assists in the develop of the presentations
  • Has the ability to lead configuration management-related information during classified monthly presentations regarding the work they are
  • Utilizes data from fleet support to engage in sustainment functions, including configuration management (CM), fleet support, and end of life (EOL) issues on customer supported components and
  • Focuses exclusively on the fleets Configuration Management as dedicatedWorking in various databases to include, but not limited to, CMPro, ITSM, NAVSUP One Touch, REMEDY, Intelink, ILS, and NSERC
