Vendor Exception Analyst

The Vendor Exceptions Analyst reviews and submits all return requests from Sales and Customer Relations to CDW vendor partners. This role works interactively with CDW's vendors and partners to gain approval for return exceptions outside the standard return policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interactively work with Customer Relations and Vendor returns to answer customer questions about return requests
  • Work with the Sales force to resolve customer returns issues
  • Submit and process Partner approved return exceptions
  • Maintain the router to ensure that it remain below 900 open exceptions


Responsibilities

  • File invoices and claims based on vendor requirements per specified deadlines
  • Ensure that open exception forms are updated every 5 days with sales/vendor comments until completed
  • Confirm that all returns and associated credits and debits have been completed and ensure that correct procedures were followed

Minimum Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Other Required Qualifications

  • Solid data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload with strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels including senior leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
