Senior Director of Product Management - Identity Security

Yahoo is looking for a PM leader with experience in building large-scale consumer or enterprise identity and security products. As a senior leader, you will lead a team of PMs responsible for securing our login and registration flows while keeping abuse in check.

• Manage and scale a team of steller PMs with a mission to secure our login and registration flows at a global scale

• Be the face for the identity platforms team within Yahoo and externally at industry events and alliances

• Define the north star vision for the identity security team and guide the team by building and executing roadmaps that help us achieve that vision

• Provide guidance and leadership to assist cross functional teams in experimentation, making decisions and successfully launching features

• Partner with engineering, design and other cross functional teams to develop identity product features in an agile manner

• Partner with our CISO (chief information security officer) and the security team to develop advanced features to detect and manage abuse

• 10+ years of Product Management and/or Identity platforms experience; 3+ years of people management experience

• Proven track record of successfully building, maintaining and securing identity product stacks

• Experience in building and scaling platform teams

• Solid understanding of identity and security standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
