What you will do:

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of all packaging materials for the Ready Pac organization. This will include developing innovative packaging formats in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams from concept through implementation, optimization of existing packaging materials to drive value and developing and implementing consistent processes and management of packaging material revisions.

What you will need:

  • BS degree in Packaging and/or Materials Sciences. Advanced degree or an MBA is preferred.

  • 7 - 10 years' experience in a CPG company (preferably food manufacturing).*

  • A strong track record of packaging materials development and optimization.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others, manage expectations, etc.


* We'll also consider candidates with fewer years of experience, as long as they can demonstrate solid leadership and project management skills.
