As Business and Communications Analyston the Business Operations team,you will lead communications and engagement projects that impact the Regional Solutions and Digital Partnerships organization at scale. You will work across functions and in partnership with various stakeholders toward objectives that includeimprovingemployee experiences,accelerating technologist productivity,and simplifying knowledge sharing across the organization. The analyst will also play a key role in supporting Technology portfolio reporting, including various management reports/dashboards with standard cadence and all required data analysis. We will rely on your sense of curiosity to ask appropriately provocative questions as you gather input from disparate sources and synthesize content in various forms. Your ingenuity and ability to leverage technology to execute simple solutions will help us solve some big problems. - Lead, plan, and coordinate delivery of communications, engagement and reporting initiatives that span multiple organizations by working with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, produce, and manage project plans to be executed by the communications and engagement team
- Set clear expectations with business partners to provide transparency into project activities, and manage day-to-day interaction during project execution and delivery
- Deliver project and program reporting, create summaries and overviews of investments, and review content / insights from stakeholders' status commentary to ensure content quality for executive-level program/project reporting.
- Extract, combine and transform raw data from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.
- Contribute to the development of KPIs, dashboards, and other program health tracking to provide visibility to key stakeholders on projects and programs. This will include working with key stakeholders to define key performance measures and driving analytics.
- Anticipate change and identify ways to overcome challenges and constraints to keep project activities on schedule to meet or exceed business partner expectations
- Take initiative to exhaust all avenues to resolve issues/problems before involving management escalation
- Work with minimal direction and the ability to resolve most issues independently
- Execute through ambiguity and guide a path to clarity
- Support additional projects, campaigns, and initiatives as needed across the organization
- Present ideas and recommendations that impact business objectives to management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Business Operations, Value Added Services and the broader Visa community
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. Basic Qualifications: * 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) * Demonstrated organizational, planning and analytical skills, including project scheduling, estimating, risk identification, and change management * Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and organization skills * Good business acumen to orient data analysis and solutions to business needs of clients * Articulate communicator able to translate data and technical concepts for a business audience * Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, strong attention to details * Team oriented, energetic, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style * Intellectually curious and continuously striving to learn * Strategic and creative mindset * Proactive and willing-to-help disposition to find ways to add value and assist team members * Willingness to learn, grow and evolve as conditions dictate * Ingenuity to independently solve problems and grit to work through roadblocks * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools as well as web publishing tools like SharePoint and HTML * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as: communications, marketing, business management, journalism, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
