Job Description:

The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:

- Typically, 14+ years of experience on Windows Systems (Kernel / User Mode) development projects

- Experience with Windows application development

- C and C++ programming, make, gcc debugging and implementing fixes to heterogeneous client-server applications

- Experienced at writing and debugging Windows kernel modules

- Expertise in Windows Kernel internals and device driver development (WDM, WDF) including File

Systems development, Block level filter drivers (for TRUE CDP and Snapshots, VSS Hardware snapshots etc...)

- Experience in Microsoft WDM based disk filters, SCSI bus drivers, Storage

- Analyze system Windows crash dumps, debug and implement fixes to kernel code

- Experienced at writing and debugging shell, awk, and perl scripts

- Familiarity with Linux systems (RedHat, SuSE, Oracle, Ubuntu)

- Demonstrates high personal integrity and ability to earn trust from others

- Ability to work without direction

- Strong ability to motivate team members to deliver on commitments

- Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization

- Ability to proactively recognize and resolve conflict through collaboration and consensus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both individuals and small groups; ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to teams

- Active listening and respect for other's opinions and ideas

Experience : Bachelor's and 8+ years of related experience
