The Digital Marketing Manager will enhance SMS Assist's digital brand presence across all digital sales channels, strengthening our market position, delivering leads, and driving increased awareness. You will provide day-to-day oversight and support for our digital marketing initiatives in conjunction with our marketing and creative services team, including digital and social media content creation, email, employee advocacy, reputation management, SEO optimization, digital media oversight, and more. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns designed to drive B2B lead/demand gen and acquisition. Other responsibilities include managing our internal and external web development projects and helping to evolve and optimize our site for both customer and Affiliate (Service Provider) audiences. Responsibilities * Create and implement an overarching digital strategy to optimize our digital customer experience * Ensure that our website clearly tells our story and delivers a compelling and differentiating experience and value proposition to prospective customers and Affiliates * Spearhead and execute marketing strategies and optimization suggestions across all digital marketing channels and activities such as email, social media, content, SEO, and other channels or programs that influence differentiated performance, drive engagement and lead generation * Lead the translation/development of content and marketing assets for digital channels including executive thought leadership pieces, case studies, email marketing messages and social media. Ensure content on the site is accurate, continually refreshed and optimized to deliver an optimal customer experience * Monitor all relevant website metrics including site traffic, content engagement, conversion rates on form fills, bounce rates, site speed, etc. through Google Analytics and works with the broader marketing team to drive continuous improvement * Identify customer and affiliate website usage patterns to detect friction points and bounce triggers by analyzing data/traffic analysis. Lead the overall site navigation strategy (i.e., site structure, linking) to optimize customer engagement * Ability to build dashboards, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Help identify relevant benchmarks, trends, and best practices that can help improve our digital strategy once implemented * Act as the liaison for external agencies, partnering with them and providing oversight and on any project to build and enhance website features and capabilities. Able to speak the language with developers * Oversee and work with the Marketing and Sales teams on an Employee Advocacy program to drive additional digital lead generation * Stay abreast of new, innovative digital marketing strategies, processes, and analytics * Foster a positive team environment * Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data * Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Able to synthesize data and make appropriate interpretations of results * Understanding of website best practices and accessibility requirements * Strong project management skills from conceptualization, driving alignment, managing deadlines, analyzing results, and delivering recommendations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Advanced digital marketing skills People Management Skills * Proficient in all people management processes, including recruitment, performance management and reward * Proficient in building, growing, and developing a team; including department structure design and resourcing * Proficient in coaching and developing individual team members to reach their potential * Proficient in engaging a team through communication, processes, personal impact, and influence] Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field * 5 or more years of directly relevant digital marketing experience * Certification on GA with additional certifications (HubSpot Academy, Facebook, YouTube) are a plus Other Relevant Qualifications * Experience with UX/UI, ability to wireframe * Experience with Social Analytics tools a plus
