Responsibilities

  • P409 project closure
  • Transfer Process Documentation from P409 to Global Process Management (GPM) documentation
  • Monitor that template processes are understood and followed. All relevant roles must be staffed and qualified. Initiate counter measures if needed.
  • Follow-up and foster closing of open items on improvement list, escalate if necessary
  • Signavio Business Area Americas (BAA) Roll Out
  • Represent BAA in the GPM community
  • Have a general understanding of BAA related processes and their interrelations
  • Have a general understanding of related systems, their principles, interfaces, and functions
  • Be the point of contact to discuss and drive decisions on BAA related process topics in a global setup
  • Enablement BAA Business Process Experts (BPEs) (in fulfilling their role) in terms of
  • Conduct BPEs in a way that ensures they work as a team, communicating and aligning internationally (with GPOs) and cross-divisionally (with other BPEs)
  • Change Management (new process changes)
  • Process adherence (process being followed)
  • Authorization assignments
  • Building / establishment BAA BPE community
  • Change Management
  • Identification of local improvements (together with BPEs)
  • Evaluate local improvements from global point of view (template approach), align with global process community
  • Ensure end to end for process improvements - when different functions (BPEs) are involved
  • Roll Back changes
  • Drive process changes after improvements have been implemented during other Roll Outs
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM)- jointly with BPEs
  • Define & follow up measures (with BPE) to adapt organization to business processes for any process change (due to new Change Request or project)
  • Training of users / key users to adapt to new processes
  • Ensure all process roles have an associated BPE and key-user to address their topics
  • Change responsibilities in positions / organization to adapt to new processes
  • Process Monitoring – jointly with BPEs
  • Ensure adherence of process execution to defined template process in practice (with BPE)
  • Define & follow up measures / tasks in case of any deviation (see above as OCM tasks)

Qualifications

  • Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
