Product Manager Intern - Business Enablement

Job Responsibilities

As a part of the Business Enablement team as a Product Manager Intern supporting our Global Fixed Broadband business segment, you will complete key deliverables in support of our business operations teams, introducing new products, services, and capabilities to the marketplace in our growing segment. You will work cross-functionally with key partners and delivery teams to ensure business goals are met efficiently and that time-to-market is optimized. In addition, you will stay informed of key business strategies, ensuring that business operations teams are using our common platform capabilities in the best way possible to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Technology Management, or related field
• Analytical mindset
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong passion for service and technology
• Ability to write and communicate end-user requirements in a way that ensures technical documentation is developed to meet the needs of our stakeholders
• Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship

Preferences

• Prior experience in data modeling and/or system administration within a configuration-driven SaaS platform
• Ability to manage and support configuration activities in enterprise product catalog
