The UCPath Center is the University of California's shared services center in Riverside, CA. The UCPath Center manages the payroll, benefits, and other human resources transactions for more than 200,000 UC employees working across ten UC campuses, five medical centers, three national labs and more. The staff at the UCPath Center work in a variety of areas including business operations, customer service, quality management, technology, training, human resources and communications. POSITION SUMMARY The Production Associate will work within the UCPath Center, reporting directly to the Escalated Production Supervisor. The incumbent applies professional human resources, system-wide policies, and procedures to resolve issues that are moderate in scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. The Production Associate will be responsible for providing operational support and addressing escalated customer service inquiries. This entails resolving multiple inquires and issues involving day-to-day HR, Benefits and Payroll and General Ledger data entry transactions. Develops effective working relationships throughout the UCPath Center to ensure case management process effective. Ultimately, the Production Associate will serve as a subject matter expert within Case Management and UCPath functionality to addresses complex and/or escalated issues. This role will also provide support, training and guidance to less experienced team members. Responsibilities

SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary: The recommended salary range is $67,000 - $76,000. Commensurate with experience.
