DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW As a security first organization, Technology Delivery Services (TDS) is part of the Information Technology (IT) Department. The TDS teams include Information Security, Planning (architecture and PMO), Application Development, Financial Applications, HR & Payroll Development, Infrastructure, and Client Services teams. POSITION SUMMARY This position is expected to participate and provide support for the financial applications for the University of California Office of the President (UCOP), including support for General Ledger, Procurement, and other Financial Management functions. The responsibility also includes UC systemwide support for UC's financial consolidation and reporting. The Finance Applications Team provides research, design, development, and support services for the Finance applications. This position is in the Finance Applications group within the Technology Delivery Services (TDS) department. The incumbent will work closely with campus locations, business partners, vendors, Project Team and other technology professionals. The Information Systems Analyst 4 has prior experience to develop solutions that leverage existing cloud frameworks, mainly AWS. The incumbent must understand and effectively handle the AWS & Java Finance applications, and they will also handle the AWS Financial Data Warehouse, including the analysis, design, development/modification/enhancement, implementation, and troubleshooting, monitoring, performance improvement and administration functions. SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary: $129,000 - $149,000 annually, commensurate with skills/experience.
