GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE:
The FP&A Senior Analyst role will be responsible for the timely creation and review of monthly and quarterly forecast, including but not limited to: department forecasting, assisting in planning cycle, creation and review of monthly financial reporting for 500+ stores, compiling financials for month end close, target and YoY analysis, weekly analysis of sales data for accuracy and completeness, maintain current CapEx spend and forecast future spend. This role has the potential to grow and develop within the Finance department to assist in other areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Job Functions:
* Create and review weekly forecasting for accuracy and validity
* Lead weekly and monthly POS integrity reporting and forecasting meetings
* Be a strong communicator and presenter of information - regular compilation and oral delivery of presentation will be required
* Be familiar with data that supports the company's financial performance and understand metrics that are the basis for financial modeling
* Compile multiple sources of information into a summarized format
* Create/update monthly financial statements for month end close
* Ability to work across departments to update and consolidate forecasting information
* Assist in calculating monthly field targets and performance tracking
* Ability to take large amounts of sales data and provide summary feedback of current & historical results
* Update and manage forecasting templates for use by department leaders
* Ability to create adhoc reporting and provide summary feedback of results
* Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* Minimum 2-4 years of FP&A experience (preferred, not required)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Corporate accounting / General ledger experience
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to manage a high volume of data from various sources
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to expert Excel skills
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud) ERP software (preferred, not required)
* Reads and interprets documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
* Routinely writes detailed correspondence and responds to questions and/or complaints.
* Organized, self-motivated, ability to multi-task
* Good at working independently, thinking critically and proffering quality ideas to improving department processes
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Routinely applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
* Able to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Makes decisions on how to carry out specific day-to-day tasks.
* Typically consults with supervisor on anything out of the ordinary.

* Able to stand and/or walk over 10% of the time
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travels less than 5% of the time, including overnight.
