Senior Product Manager, Chronic Care

The Opportunity

If you're our ideal candidate, you have a 5+ year track record of hands-on, user-focused product management experience developing mobile and web products that delight users and drive measurable user outcomes. Your products have directly contributed revenue to the B2C or B2B2C businesses where you've worked. You have built and launched new products from scratch and thrive on the challenge of finding product-market fit. You love solving new, high-impact challenges, and you bring passion, empathy, creativity and analytical insight to your work, your team and your company.

Responsibilities

This is a highly-collaborative, extremely fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll find your excitement building as you're both challenged and gratified by progress, every day.

  • Lead Product Management on a cross-functional team consisting of product management, engineering, design, data science, clinicians, operations and marketing

  • Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation and roadmaps

  • Create clear, concise product briefs and PRDs supported by market research, field input, user research and product data

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, clinical experts, data scientists, and other PMs to build new feature sets and enhance existing ones

  • Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization, including progress against goals and key product metrics

  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to Executives as needed

  • Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress; demo and provide updates on new functionality and upcoming plans internally

  • Foster an environment that enables your cross-functional team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly and deliver extraordinary results

  • Participate in a culture of learning and growing

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years Product Management experience in cross-functional, agile product team

  • Deliveredconsumerexperiences on mobile and webleveraging design systems and user research

  • Usesquantitativeand qualitative data tohelpdrive decisions

  • Has a bias for action

  • The experience and insight to know what it takes to make a product development team hum

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail

  • The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules

  • Track record working in high-growth environments, and a comfort level with the pace of change and level of ambiguity that accompanies this

  • Ability to work independently. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask andprioritizecomplex projects

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
