A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Mobility Relocation team. In this role, you will act as a global program designer responsible for composing, maintaining and refreshing Apple's mobility framework and supporting tools/materials in collaboration with the regional mobility team; ensure that all frameworks/products are built on data, market intel and are always detailed and audit ready, functional and accurately reflect Talent Mobility's strategic and market driven approaches. The role will also be responsible for supporting relocation vendor critical issues and collaborating deeply with all mobility cross functional teams (immigration, tax, etc.) and various partners to ensure a quality people and business experience.
Key Qualifications
  • Collaborate with teams to develop/update and implement the mobility frameworks (including relocation, immigration and tax), and programs for the team
  • Design high-quality documents that are clear, concise and accurate
  • Revise and update global frameworks annually to ensure refreshed approaches by market, business, compliance and people needs
  • Maintain and record all updates, revisions and the business rationale for refreshed frameworks and programs and the accompanying documents
  • Rollout and communicate framework refreshes and modifications to all stakeholders and clients
  • Develop, improve and/or maintain internal branding materials for various mobility programs
  • Collaborate with mobility team to develop and implement new program initiatives to enhance the mobility experience and help drive talent management and development.
  • Successful track record of partnering with all levels of partners within the mobility team as well as clients (HR, Recruiting, Project Managers, Business leaders, etc.)
  • Ability to approach relocation with an innovative lens that strategically supports business development and growth whilst ensuring compliance
  • Contribute and collaborate to fresh and innovative approaches to mobility through technology and market leading platforms
  • Experience in adapting policies to the geopolitical and cultural variations of doing business and deploying people globally
  • Shown experience analyzing large quantities of data, from multiple sources in different formats, including reconciliation of data integrity
  • Expert working in multi-tiered global/talent mobility programs with deep experience in compliance, policy creation and process improvement
  • Experience in leading third party providers adhering to agreed upon SLAs, scale in mobility execution for our relocating people and ensuring a best in class mobility experience (including relocation, immigration or tax).
  • Competency in core professional skills including: attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-though, flexibility, and handling confidential information appropriately and professionally
  • Proven track record to optimally organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong business presentation skills
  • Personal international work experience is a significant advantage

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE: Communication: Ability to exchange information as well as present ideas, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear and concise manner by ensuring comms that are broad based and/or smaller in nature depending on the various circumstances. Management of the day to day relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear, concise and accurate documentation to Apple's exacting standards. Strategic Partner: Understanding various business line nuances in order to partner with the Talent Mobility cross-functional teams, advising on appropriate data and market intel that take into account short, mid and long term impact for Apple's business and people both regionally and globally. Critical thinking: Able to assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and provide innovative, flexible solutions to complex problems. Internal and External Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate and grow deep, professional relationships at all levels globally. Project Management: Develop, scope, lead and/or help drive projects as needed.
Education & Experience
Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required
Additional Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience with Mac OS and iWork productivity suite
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
