KPMG is currently seeking a Director GRC Technology -Enterprise in Risk Assurance - GRC Technology for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Build C level relationships and assist Partners/Managing Directors and peer Directors in executing business development activities including lead and opportunity identification, proposal preparation and orals execution
  • Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of Enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving aptitudes to assist clients in the preparation and readiness of a GRC technology implementation through the creation of forward-looking implementation strategy and roadmap materials
  • Lead engagement teams in providing business and technical analysis of various use cases for GRC Software including: ServiceNow, Workiva's Wdesk, Galvanize, BWise, MetricStream, AuditBoard and IBM Open Pages
  • Prepare status reports, engagement work papers and deliverables for GRC engagements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of eight years of experience in governance, risk and compliance services in business analysis and technical implementation of eGRC software including: ServiceNow, Workiva's Wdesk, Galvanize, BWise, MetricStream, AuditBoard or IBM Open Pages
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Advanced understanding of control concepts and processes with practical experience in Internal Audit, Enterprise/Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Policy Management, Sarbanes-Oxley ISO and NIST is preferred
  • Possess exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
  • Demonstrative ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives including CEO, CFO, CRO, COO, CIO, business executives, and general auditors
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
