Aon is looking to fill a Business Analyst role! As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Inpoint, virtually while traveling nationwide! Role Responsibilities 40-50% domestic travel during slower times and 50-75% during various peaks. Participate as a team member on claims consulting projects Responsible for assistance to project manager and team in defining solutions and developing recommendations and implementation plans Assist project manager and delivery team in defining solutions and developing recommendations and implementation plans Work and partner with clients to implement Inpoint's claims solutions and interpret complex sets of client data, developing data workflows and mapping for extensive quantitative analysis on claims financial, quality, and performance data. Construct client deliverables as they align with Inpoint's goals and client expectations and willingness to learn industry level claims knowledge To Be Qualified for This Role: Bachelor's degree in business/management, mathematics, economics, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance claims experience Data handling and analytics, specifically with Excel PowerQuery and other third party database platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work through complex issues utilizing data analytics and come up with various solutions to be able to present Desired Skills (Not required, but will set you apart from others qualified): Advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA) Third-party data platform experience (CCC, Xactimate) Experience and/or established interest in business strategy, process improvement, technology and analysis related to Financial Services or Property and Casualty claims Proficiency in analytical software such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc. Exposure to visualization software Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
