The Lease Accounting Analyst is responsible for end-to-end maintenance of Link's Yardi Voyager CAM related modules within Link's accounting and reporting group. The scope of the position includes, but is not limited to, creating, maintaining, and optimizing recovery setups for existing Link leases and for ongoing leasing activity, reviewing key lease data points are accurately reflected in Yardi for straight line rent, lease classification, CAM recovery. Participating in major recovery projects such as year ends CAM reconciliations and annual CAM estimate resets. The position of Lease Accounting Analyst requires keen attention to detail in addition to having the ability to manage multiple priorities at one given time. RESPONSIBILITIES
Review existing Yardi recovery setups by comparing system data points to lease language/requirements as the result of ongoing leasing activity
