Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a forward thinking and talented Group Human Resources Director to be an integral part of the senior leadership team and play a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

The Group HR Director leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices in multiple locations in the Massachusetts Market. In this role you will work in close contact with other facility leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas. The ideal candidate will not only be a strategic partner but bring solid HR practices in managing all functional areas of Human Resources and a solid understanding of the day-to day activities of the HR department.

Qualifications

The Group Human Resources Director position requires:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred. Current SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Human Resources and three (3) years' experience as an HR Director. A minimum of two years' experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred.
