Nursing Supervisor

If you're a new Registered Nurse (RN) looking to build your leadership skills, this could be your dream job! BAYADA Home Health is now hiring Registered Nurses for our Nursing Supervisor opportunity!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our Assistive Care patients and conduct assessments (patient facing opportunity).
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise and educate home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and assist with interviews.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  • Work with primarily the geriatric population.


Qualifications:



  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience as an RN.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Prior Nursing Home, Medicaid, or home care experience preferred.


Additional:



  • "Mother's Hours" - Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.
  • 20 + days of PTO including paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
