What you'll be doing...

We're looking for a highly motivated, results driven, and experienced Sr. Analyst - Digital Marketing responsible for maximizing efficiencies in our sales process motion. You will facilitate the department's goals by supporting the BDR inbound and outbound teams. By developing and implementing more efficient processes, such as automation or CRM tools, you will help the BDR team succeed in their roles and goals. You may also research and analyze sales data and collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify and strategize organizational goals. The core responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales processes for sale and BDR teams.
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecast opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing along with upper management to identify business goals.
  • Create manual reporting and dashboards for funnel effectiveness.
  • Develop training and scripting efforts. Create, playbook and content to utilize via BDR team.
  • Review calls and provide feedback from BDRs (QA).
  • Funnel maintenance and management for sales activities.
  • Liaison between sales and BDR team (attend weekly meetings for cohesiveness and synergies).
  • Create and support SLA's & assistance in setting up appointments.
  • Manage SFDC enhancements (PMO, User stories, representation with GTS/SFDC core team).
  • Provide support for day-to-day operations/administrative efforts and communications.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with marketing andsales tools such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Data Management tools.
  • Experience with pulling, running and building adhoc reports.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Prior telecommunications or related experience and knowledge of typical products and services.
  • Two or more years of sales experience and/or emphasis in operations, sales or marketing.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations and upper sales management.
  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies.
  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary.
  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques and channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to executive management.
  • Effective in a challenging and constantly changing environment; a high-energy and self-motivated entrepreneurial style and spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects for different stakeholders, often in rapid-response or high-pressure situations.
  • Highly creative with a commitment to delivering key objectives.
  • Collaborative and open to developing new skills as needed.
