Columbia Sportswear's dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. The Program Manager - Supply Chain is an essential role that plays an integral role the development, execution and delivery of key initiatives across the Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is passionate about working through the details to ensure our organization communicates optimally, operates efficiently, has the initiative and follow-through vital to handle programs from end-to-end, and can build positive relationships across the extended leadership team. We are looking for a candidate who has solid change management skills, a deep understanding of employee engagement, an attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities are a must.

The ideal candidate should have substantial demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs in a matrixed environment, development of executive stakeholder communication, be proactive and must show the capacity to manage several concurrent tracks of work. Superb teamwork and experience influencing is essential as is the ability to build trusted relationships with key technology and business partners will be foundational to success. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will help drive an interpersonal transformation of how we serve internal partners and, ultimately, our consumers via world-class Global Supply Chain processes.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Has a track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company's operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners, especially in an engineering and product environment
  • Oversees initiative execution, ensuring projects and programs delivered within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Influences and collaborates across business functions within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Work with program teams to ensure all project documentation is in place - business case, project roadmap with milestones, monthly program status reports, risk/issue register, dependency mapping
  • Create change frameworks, end to end mapping of change impacts, change planning, and rollout strategy for change and transformation projects
  • Participate in the coordination, design and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and meetings
  • Ensuring milestone/deliverable accuracy, and communicating project metrics and analytics to drive rigorous execution, enable early insight to potential issues, and support data driven decision making to ensure the project remains on course for success
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex problems. Recommending and implementing corrective action, as necessary, to improve program delivery performance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or, applicable certification or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain functional experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they're applied in workplace culture
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers
  • Ability to deliver a vision and sense of urgency to mobilize teams and complete changes effectively
  • Previous work with other cultures in a business setting, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize team and individual tasks and respond to urgent requests/inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
