ABOUT THE POSITIONColumbia Sportswear's dynamic global supply chain consists of 4 distribution centers, 430 retail stores, 80 apparel factories and 20 footwear factories worldwide. We pride ourselves on being able to get products to market quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective manner. By leveraging data analytics, we are constantly pushing to make smarter business decisions and identifying innovative ways to make Columbia Sportswear's supply chain more efficient and effective to meet our consumers' ever-changing needs. The Program Manager - Supply Chain is an essential role that plays an integral role the development, execution and delivery of key initiatives across the Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is passionate about working through the details to ensure our organization communicates optimally, operates efficiently, has the initiative and follow-through vital to handle programs from end-to-end, and can build positive relationships across the extended leadership team. We are looking for a candidate who has solid change management skills, a deep understanding of employee engagement, an attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities are a must. The ideal candidate should have substantial demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs in a matrixed environment, development of executive stakeholder communication, be proactive and must show the capacity to manage several concurrent tracks of work. Superb teamwork and experience influencing is essential as is the ability to build trusted relationships with key technology and business partners will be foundational to success. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will help drive an interpersonal transformation of how we serve internal partners and, ultimately, our consumers via world-class Global Supply Chain processes.
