We are looking for a Commercial National Accounts Outreach at our Estacada, OR location.

What you will do:




  • Prioritize specific customers based on their size, location and needs
  • Coordinate with marketing to reach out to each contact and location
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns on the things that make North Coast different
  • Communicate to customer via phone or email on questions, concerns, solutions
  • Liaison between EV, ESD, Switchgear, Solar, iSAM with customers responding to a solution
  • Coordinate with local sales and SC leadership on specific local needs
  • Develop and understand specific needs per customer, per location as they arise
  • Educate customers on our specific solutions
  • Promote digital pricing, orders, information exchange
  • Coordinate with key contractor salespeople on turnkey solutions
  • Liaison between credit department and customer on setting up accounts
  • Liaison between Sonepar Commercial National Accounts and North Coast
  • If an Account has an existing salesperson, train them on how to educate their customer



What you will bring:




  • Personal computer skills and knowledge of: Excel (Advanced), Outlook, Word, and web navigation
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal, and listening
  • Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers & Vendors)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to reprioritize and work with interruptions.
  • Previous sales experience and product knowledge in the electrical field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Eclipse is preferred



Physical Requirements and Work Environment:




  • General office work environment, mainly seated at a desk, heavy phone use
  • Fast paced and ability to multi-task
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required


  • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
