Strategy Management Professional, Mid

You find satisfaction in showing your client the opportunities to build effective strategies, improve processes, gain stakeholder buy-in, and leverage innovations. We're looking for you: a management consultant who can make things better in Military Health.

This is an opportunity to impact large scale organizational growth through the development of strategies and plans that drive faster adoption and ensure organizational business objectives are achieved. This position will allow you to work with a client's organization to help solve challenges and build better business processes. As a member of our project team, you'll conduct research and data analysis for consulting projects as we lead the development of strategies and strategy management infrastructures. Like to see plans in action? You'll build a trusted relationship with your client as your team identifies and anticipates their needs and proposes solutions. As you solve problems, you'll look for more areas of improvement and continue transforming your client's organization. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Experience designing and deploying organizational strategic components, including mission, vision, goals, and objectives
• Experience developing governance structures, performance measures, and reporting mechanisms and managing portfolios of projects
• Experience producing client-ready products, optimizing business performance, and managing enterprise-level projects
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual meetings with clients
• Experience applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational systems, processes, workforces, or structures
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing and manipulating Excel spreadsheets and creating comprehensive PowerPoint products
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience rolling out strategic plans and working with leaders to cascade the strategy throughout the organization
• Experience in the healthcare sector; clinical experience or background in healthcare delivery
• Experience working for a major consulting or federal consulting firm
• Knowledge of the military health systems, including MHS, and DHA
• Possession of excellent leadership, writing, critical thinking, analytical, and data management skills
• Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Policy, or a related field
• Change Management Professional, Program Management, or Project Management Certification
