This is an opportunity to support data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. Driving transnational crime investigations, you'll have the chance to architect data systems, stand up data platforms, and build out high-performance ETL pipelines that ensure data quality and data durability. From performing analytical exploration and examination of data to leading the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms, you'll guide your clients to solve their most pressing challenges. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • Experience with Java, SQL, or Schema Enforced Data Flows
  • Knowledge of an enterprise ETL or Orchestration tool, includingApache NiFi, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, or Apache Airbyte
  • Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team in a high tempo environment
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing custom processors/NARs in Nifi
  • Experience working with, designing, and optimizing NoSQL backed solutions, including Cassandra
  • Experience working with, designing, and optimizing relational database backed solutions
