The Role This role will drive CDB's market strategy and growth, working with other strategy leaders and the sales team to develop the market approach and ensure customer success. The Strategy Leader of CDB will need to build an ecosystem of customers and data providers, drive product enhancement and delivery, and align with Veeva's Clinical Suite and Development Cloud strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of industry and technology leaders, bringing the next generation of clinical development and R&D applications to Life Sciences. What You'll Do Grow and sustain the customer base for CDB Develop and execute the CDB vision for transforming clinical data management Use professional networks and relationships to assist with the adoption Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams in driving the adoption of CDB Provide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in clinical applications Create and advise the Service Organization to support CDB scale-up and adoption Present at industry conferences, lead webinars, and author articles for industry publications Requirements 8+ years in clinical R&D (Sponsor, CRO, or IT consultancy) Leadership level experience implementing and utilizing clinical data systems for data collection, cleaning, and reporting Ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions Ability to hold meaningful conversations with heads of clinical data management, clinical affairs/operations, and IT regarding CDB introduction, adoption, and scaling Demonstrated thought leadership in clinical data industry trends via conferences, presentations, and/or process design work Understanding of global product development, clinical trial process, regulations Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations Nice to Have Hands-on knowledge of Veeva CDMS or other Clinical Suite products #LI-Remote #BI-Remote Veeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
