This position will maintain competency and application of the skills and scientific knowledge necessary to meet patient needs. Duties will include: perform CT examinations that meet recognized clinical standards within and according to the departmental policies and procedures and with the ultimate goal of affording the interpreting independent licensed practitioner optimal exam data to make an accurate diagnosis. The employee shall support and contribute to the hospital and departmental objectives by giving instruction and guidance to fellow employees, as well as perform other duties as assigned. This position is needed to provide coverage for the interventional radiology section of the department.
