Essential Functions: * Work Hub, including work order submissions, follow up and completion of work orders Develp and maintain relationships with Plant Ops team members Maintain Joint Commission books EOC Compliance, standards and maintaining of records Weekly departmental rounding Monthly work order compliance - preventive maintencance for Joint Commission Work and develop relationships with contractors for quotes Assist with developing capital needs Previous management experience of 15+ team members preferred Previous hospital experience preferred Must have ability to create, maintain and incorporate simple functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives. Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized, work well under pressure, and collaborates well with other departments.
