KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Resource Management to join our Advisory Resource Management team organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Help support the contingent workforce needs within the KPMG Assignment Select (KAS) program
  • Educate business partners on process, risks, benefits, controls and more, including appropriate CW engagement; W2 vs 1099, Staff Aug vs Subcontracting, co-employment, compliance and risk mitigation
  • Utilize Resource Management system and tools to efficiently generate analysis and reporting of key Resource Management data
  • Work with resource management colleagues and functional leaders to manage the onboarding of contingent workers; demonstrate an energetic and collaborative attitude
  • Become a known and reliable resource for the Resource Management team and client facing professionals; communicate issues to RM leaders as applicable; may provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to advisory resource management team on current state and process enhancements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between KPMG and key suppliers and business partners; drive reduction/increase in KPIs (Time to Fill, Quality, Re-engagement); service as lead project manager for high profile surge staffing needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including: Contingent Workforce, Resource Management, or Recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce administration process, Resource Management systems and tools; previous experience in contingent workforce management is preferred
  • Prior VMO, MSP experience (including but not limited to Beeline, IQ Navigator, Fieldglass and WAND)
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and appropriately set/manage priorities as well as demonstrate critical thinking skills; develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of an organization
  • Capacity to organize and manage large quantities of data; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel inclusive of analyzing data, leveraging VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formatting
