Description We are seeking an engineer to qualify Apple's Machine Translation software and ML models by developing and scaling evaluation automation across devices, collaborating with multi-functional teams across the company, driving actionable reports, and ensuring high-quality feature releases. You are passionate about product quality, innovative, organized, a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and able to work under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with peers inside and outside the Siri and Language Technologies team to ensure high-quality releases for Machine Translation. You will perform both end-to-end testing as well as develop automation and tools for evaluating ML systems, app functionality and performance. You will have the unique opportunity in this role to influence the Translation experience on existing and upcoming Apple hardware and software, as well as ongoing machine learning model updates. You will be a key collaborator for development of open source and proprietary software and apply them to quality evaluation. Education & Experience BS/BA in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience. Additional Requirements
