Job DescriptionVisa's team of agile-minded, market-obsessed and client-centric product managers is looking for a Project Communications Manager to support Visa's continuous transformation efforts. In this role, you will report to the Director of Organizational Change Management as you help develop and execute employee engagement strategies across many overlapping and complementary change initiatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships across global organizations and roles. This is an opportunity for a proactive, strategic, creative and resourceful communicator who can manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously. They will need to consistently deliver high-quality work under time constraints and must be a self-starter with a propensity towards action and can move fast and be flexible in fluid situations in a cross-functional team environment. As the world of payments continues to change quickly, driven by new payment methods, evolving customer demand, and often unpredictable global events, Visa must continue to change with it while keeping our product teams focused on our strategic priorities and our customer needs. Can be hired for Foster City or Austin This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. QualificationsBasic Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD *8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, or related work to support change and/or project management or organization development initiatives. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
